My recycle projects that were free

Hi everyone
Hope everyone's OK.
I know it's been awhile but I have been busy with my boys, summers always hard as kids do get bored. This picture is of me and my dog Pepper. She's a good girl doesn't mind the sea when it's calm.  She wasn't sure when it was ruff wouldn't let us near it she kept pulling me away.
All my boys are back at school even my four year old is going full time.
I found my self at a loss. It was my friends daughters 10th birthday and I wanted to get her some thing or make some thing. This is what I came up with.
I made her a fabric folder that also holds pencils and pens and A a4 folder.
This is what it looks like when it's folded up.
she loved it I also made her a pencil case to match
And I made her a T shirt bag as she loves bags.
The words on the front suit her as she is a little chatterbox but I don't mind.
You can turn this bag inside out the inside looks like this,
I was so pleased she loved all her bits. I was also happy as I didn't spend a penny as I used what I had.
She like that I took the time to make her something. I also made her card with her name on.
Now it's my sons 16th birthday coming up.  I've made him a pencil case out out a leg and back pocket from my youngest old clean jeans  and some left over fabric.
This is what it looked like after I had cut them out and sewn the back pocket on to the leg. Please forgives I'm still learning how to put put a zip in.
Anyway this is what it looked a finished I think he will like it.
I hope you like it. I'm very happy with the way they turned out  as I've never made a pencil case with a zip before and the fact that I didn't spend a penny is even better. So I'm happy
Good night people and take care.
Love M xxx
