My crafting Ive been making for customers

I've decided to make and sell some of my crafts and am pleased to say that there going well.

The change in me

Hi people

Can anyone else see the difference. All I know is that last year at the start of my slimming journey Back in october, I was told by my doctor that if I didnt do anything about my weight I would most likely be having to use a walking stick or wheel chair. As I found it so hard to walk, climbing the stairs was so painful, my back hurt so I found it difficult to hold my 2yr old son and that really hurt.
So I decided to enjoy christmas and made some small changes to start with.  I started watching what I eat and used a small plate I also wrote everything down I also started blogging and doing vlog on youtube I also started using myfitness pal and it worked.
The next step was to get me moving. So I started walking to the local shops and back at first would Take me an hour now I can do it in half hour yay me.  I used to hate taking my 2yr old to play group it was just up the road again at first it took me half an hour just to get there. The first time I managed to get there in 10 minutes the woman at the desk must of thought I was crazy, till I explained why I was jumping up and down with joy. But I now can walk quite far it takes me now 20 minutes to walk a mile and a half . I'm not so scared to jog for the bus. Not that I'm very quick but I can do it and Im so proud of my self.
I have lost so far 51 pound in weight. 4ins from my waist and 5ins from my hips.  I did get stuck were my weight wasn't moving. So I started doing slimming world back in august then 4 weeks ago I joined A group in new malden and everyone is so nice and helpful  and the lady who runs it is great and happy to listen and anscer questions.
So I'm in a happy place at the moment.

I'm back and my plans

Hi every it's been ages so I'm getting back on the ball.

So I've  been trying to do a plan this it what Ive got  so far.
1) Make sure I get back on a healthy eating  ( over the summer I have totally lost the plot. Lol)
2) Do something  constructive every morning with jasper before he goes to nursary. 
3) Start cooking from scratch and planning meals and treats on a low budget.
4) Restart making stuff and plan a craft table for Christmas fair.

So far this is my starting plan I think it's a enough to be going on with.


With my weight loss it seems to be going ok due to be weighed on Friday so we will see I think at the moment I'm losing more inches the pound but that is good as I can fit in to smaller clothes again.  So I'm a happy girl to day 

Ok this was taken over the summer not one of my best but I can see the difference  shame about the grumpy face haha

Hi I'm back

OK
How is everyone



My house at the moment is bug house everyone seems to be ill with something.
Today alone we have had
Sickness
Tummy aches
headaches
high temps
and grumpy children which is OK as there ill.
my 2 poorly boys
But I have decided that teenagers are the worst patients going my 14 year old just moaned all day.(he was sick but he was fine after) but moan moan moan guess he takes after me LOL.
But my ds3 was as quiet as a mouse did as he was asked took his medication and took him self to bed.. when I went to check on him he said he hurt all over specially his head his tummy hurt. He felt sick and ds2 was giving him a head ache so he wanted to go to bed before ds2 went up. my heart went out to him poor baby. :( he even turn down watch Kong fu panda with me as it one of his Favorites.

It always amazes me how the weather can affect your mood today it has been dark and drizzly and i have been so low. I Hate it when I get like this at least I no how to dig myself out now which is a bonus.
we went for a walk down to the shops today that helped it was good to get out. we were only out for an hour but we were out so that all that mattered. When I got ds4 out of his buggy he only walked a little way and got back in to eat an apple. So that was good.


I was amazed i got a shout out on you tube I was so pleased yay me. I'm trying to vlog everyday so far I've done 5 day so not to bad i'm finding that's helping with my moods. this was today's vlog and my thank you.

I have lots to do this week I have to make P.J for my ds3 7th birthday on Thursday i do hope he gets better and the weather gets better to we were going to take him to the park I also have to make him a card and cake and Im hoping to make him another sock teddy He loves teddy's made by me says the one of a kind which i guess the are
I also have to make my friends little girl a taggi which should be good so watch this space

anyway ramble over all is well now.
I'm off to bed so night all

Look I got a new dress

Well I have a new dress which I love I  brought it with the intension to keep till the summer as it is 3 sizes  smaller then what I am now its my new goal  but I thought I would try it to see how far I had to go
and guess what it nearly fits I didn't have to tug it anywhere its a bit tight on the hips but it fits if you didn't realize I'm really happy yay me

This is my Blog for today hope you like it's just a waffle / moan so please read.

Hi people I have decided to blog every day this should of been my blog 2 but i forgot to post it yesterday how stupid do i feel yes Very stupid. LOL.













Well today I have been melting chocolate and making my 4 boys Easter eggs do you no how hard that is to do when your dieting crazy. Any why i got most of them done and I and making Easter nests with my 6 going on 7 yr old he is so excited its funny. he will be 7 next week.

We didn't go out but manage to keep baby up so hopefully he will sleep past 2.30 am
My diet is going good I lost 2lb this week and that's with having my birthday so I'm happy.  I am weighing every thing so I'm proud to see the weight drop off.  I have 3lb to loss and I hit the 2stone mark so i will have to think of a reward for my self.

Anyway I off to watch TV so hope you all have a good night

Day to remember for me

Hi
Well today is my birthday another year older yay. For once I had a really good day so a good start to this year.
Ok blow my diet but I'm back on it tomorrow.

As for the meat free life  its easier said then done. So far I can manage 5/6 days out of 7 and my tummy is so much better.  I'm due to be weighed on Tuesday so we will see. 

I made start on making homemade Easter eggs I got myself in such a mess glad the kids didn't want to help.

My weight loss so far

Hi everybody this is a weight loss blog.
Me now and me on the 25th December
I've been on my weight loss for 78days that's 11 weeks and this week I have lost 1 lb. So in total that's 21lb how amazing is that I'm so happy.

OK my doctor has asked me to stop eating meat as  have IBS and we want to find out what up set it. So since I had no meat since Monday thought I would try. Today is day 6 and I have done OK.. But today is mothers day so we had  Roast Beef I didn't think it would hurt so I had the same  and it was lovely. But my tummy has been terrible since so I guess it is meat that up set me. As the beef I got was a lean cut and didn't have much fat if any on it and it was nice.
so if there are and vegetarians or vegan that want to give me some pointers I would be most grateful.

This week I've had
Fish pie
Quorn bolagnaise
veg lasanya with mushroom layer
butternut squash soup
vegetable soup
and lots of salad
I have switched to have
granary bread
wholemeal crackers
wholemeal pasta and rice

I've also been eating a lot of frozen fruit Topped with fat free yogurt or fat free fromage fraise
I like it with a little bit of canderal to sweeten it.


My planed meals for this week are
in the mornings
alpine muesli
weetabix
porrage all topped with
fat free yogurt and frozen fruit
egg /beans/ mushrooms on toast
for lunch i tend to have salad
with ryvitas or crackers
or homemade soups
For Dinner
I'm going to make
lasanya
prawn curry
fish pie
fish carbonara
then i get lost

I've had a stressful week with my mum being ill but is so glad she is better and is so pleased that I have stayed on trak.

Sorry not been blogging as i have so much on.
I making my mums birthday present. Which is taking forever :$.

I'm also trying to find time to bake which has been tricky as my boys take up a lot of time.
How mums and dads find time to cook bake craft and sort there kids and work I do not no. Yes I'm having a upside down day but I will turn it about.

But i have managed to make bread and cakes.



I also have my mumzy coming to stay this week as it her birthday next Tuesday she will be with me from Thursday to Thursday so should be fun. It's also mothers day on the 18th so I have cards and presents to make for both mums and my self  for the kids to give me as no one else will.

trying to get organized

HI
As it says I'm trying to organize my self so I know where I am



I like butterflys they make me smile





  1. I plan to keep a diary on my day 
  2. I going to eat breakfast every day 
  3. I am only going to weigh myself on a Tuesday at the chemist (not every day )
  4. I am going to start riding my bicycle instead of getting the bus  and walking where possible 
  5. I going to exercise for 30 minute 2 days a week. I am also planing to do a exercise DVD once a week 
  6. I am going to plan my meals for the week including my packed lunches.
  7. going to drink more water. I also going to drink more fruit tea instead of normal tea.
  8. going to count the calories in my food 
  9. not to go out when i'm hungry.
This is going to be fun as I'm the most unorganized person there is. But I do seem to muddle throw.
I am hoping this will get my weight loss going again. I have also Joined myfitnessplan which is helping me count the calories and stay focused I'm finding there is a lot of  support there  which is a great bonus.
I have recently notice I am easily sabatarged with my diet. Specially in the evening and when I an tired or when I am out and hungry.
My next challenge is I love cooking and  baking. I have been making my own bread, cheese straws, cakes and I cook from scratch as I like to no what I'm eating my next step is to make then low calorie should be fun.

Proud Mummy

Hi people

I'm a very proud mummy today as my youngest used a beaker. He is 2 and a half and  I've left it late but his never shown any interest in using one.  But today as always I made breakfast put it on the table with his beaker of juice. He picked it up and drank his juice I was so happy Then when I gave him his lunch I got "Thank you mummy mmmmmm yummy" He ate it all. Then the same at dinner talk about putting his big brothers to shame even they were amazed.  So I most be doing something right.

My weight loss is going good I have started to feel a bit better so hoping I've lost. I'm sort of dreading standing on the scales tomorrow as I didn't weigh-in last week. But I know I had put on so we will see.

My mum is going home tomorrow and I'm worried about her as she is going to be on her own and it's really hard to get to her I really need to get closer to her. the question is how.
I'm planning on doing a London blog soon as I have loads of pictures  from over the last few weeks were I having to go up there loads so we will see

getting back on track

I've found it so hard to blog lately as everyone's been ill.But I'm getting back on track.

First my 2yr old had a bad cold and wanted cuddling all the time. Then it went on his chest (his asthmatic ) which made him extra grumpy and clingy
Then we had a couple of day where he was better and everything was going sort of smoothly.
But it was my daughter anniversary on the 7th of February  so I was a bit down.
Then to top that my mum rang me on the 7th to let me no her little dog had died that morning in her arms and she was devastated I didn't no what to do so I went to my meeting.
Then got the train to see her left london at 3.30 didn't get there till 6.15.
I only got to stay with mum for 2hrs as I had to get home as she live by the coast and I'm just out side London  but she was glad of the hugs she had it time like these I hate living so far away
Gypsy was a 10year old Yorkshire terrier that was part of the family  she was a cheeky and lively dog



She was my mum companion and the only one she spoke to all the time. When my dad died 4 years ago I think most of all  it was gypsy that kept her going.
she will be dearly missed.
Do you know I remember thinking after mum told me was oh she never going to wear her coat I made her how silly is that. 
So on Friday mum came down for The weekend for Sunday dinner but I think she has enjoyed her self and being round the kids.
J my OH has been ill since Friday with a tonsilitus we think and high temper so has been in bed.  I seem to be spending all my time running up and down stairs so that should keep me fit. 

On the weight loss I've not weighed my self as my scale have broke but i have been trying to eat properly and have been making foods from scratch I've made so far pizzas and HM Yorkshire puddings which were yummy I also have been making biscuits and cake I like knowing what is in my food specialy the foods i give my children 
anyway I'm signing off for tonight

I did it

Hi everyone

 I am so proud of myself. I jogged only for 5 mins, But I did it and I only got a little out of breath.  I'm so chuffed with my self I've never been able to run not even as a little girl. So I have decide that I'm going to try it again tomorrow. My oh also said this morning that I have sped up while walking  How cool is that.:) Smiles all round for me.  So that two thing to keep me motivated I've sped up and I've lost inches  how cool is that. I'm a happy mumma today.  

I am really surprised how much energy I have I managed to get lots more done and I felt good after to of accomplished it. Over the year so many of my chore would only get half done because i didn't have the energy now i have no excuse. all i have to do now is make sure I drink more at the moment I'm only drinking a 1.5 ltrs a day I been told I need to drink at least 3 ltrs I think i need to keep eating the fruit but am loving at the moment scrambled eggs and toast 

so I will keep trying. I'm also going to start keeping a photo food diary as well. I hope that will keep me on track. 

I have decided to start doing more homemade cooking.  I already do a lot of home cooking and I enjoy preparing food and knowing what in side and what I'm eating. I also prefer to take a pack lunch instead of eating out.   Yesterday I made bread for the first time yay.  I made it with wholewheat strong flour I did add oil as the recipe said and it made it stodgy but still nice. The boys have munched most of it for there tea lol. 

I like making homemade soup to. I seem to have my Yorkie puds down to a tea and been told I make good dumpling and beef casserole. I am planning to make some biscuits and some mini cakes for the kids over the next week hoping to get J to help me that should be fun. 

I have also been doing more crocheting this week I've made some hats thesse little shoes and another cup holder

Day 28 and I'm still doing it

HI people 


I seem to be weighing my self to much.I guess that's the problem with having scales at home 
I'm really pleased with my loss so far but i keep finding my self getting stuck for things to have that are different. So far today I've had my fruit and bite size shredded wheat with natural fat free yogurt  at about 11 clock so not had lunch yet. 
But I' had 3 chicken legs and salad and noodles and beetroot also pickle onions and 2tbsp of  ex light mayonnaise for dinner.  
Doe's anyone have a all time favorite food  I do mine is cucumber and beetroot I could eat it all day.
I've also done 40 minutes on the Wii  fit jogging and the obstical course and the steps. I've also been chasing J around. but we have not left the house.

T.J is 6 nearly 7 now his never had a nick name his always been TJ 
TA  is 14 and i often call him tink 
and LTH is nearly 16  is often called boo 
So there you go my boys all 4 of them my better half is OH 
i also have a nutty dog called pepper, a cat called Cleo it's short for Cleopatra and summer the budgie hat every so often changes color. But don't tell TJ that he never seem to notice.








I'm so proud of myself

Hi everyone 

Ok this is yesterdays blog which i forgot to post please enjoy.

I have had a slacks couple of days where I just didn't care what I was eating then today I stood on the scale yesterday and I've gained a pound. So I'm back on it now been really good so far and have planned all my meals for the next coupe of day.  
I think that with me I have to think all the time about what I'm doing then I'm a were of whats going into my mouth.  Doe's that make sense it does to me.
So today I had toast with dry fried scrambled eggs and baked beans for breakfast.
Then i had  tuna and sweetcorn salad for lunch.
Then I had slow cooked  mince and rice for dinner it was I little bit bland so will add more flavor next time
I had jam roly poly for pudding with a little custard.

I have been busy trying to make baby shoes and hats so far there way to small so i will keep trying the ones i have done i think i might donate them to my local hospital. When I lost my little girl the midwife put this really sweet cute little pink cardigan on her and wrapped her in a crochet blanket with little flowers on it was sweet. I did ask where they were from and she said someone had donated them. I still wish i could say thank you as they were beautiful.  So I have decided that I would make some blankets and hat for them to use. we will have to see what happens 

I'm so proud of my self today.  I just did a walk that normally would take me 35/40 min in 20 minutes how cool is that in so proud of me. It has lifted my self a steam so much I want to do it again which for me is brilliant. 
Then I did it again i left home at 5 pick J up from nursery at 5.10 then was at TJ's school at 5.25. so it been a good day I haven't done all my steps but I've done my best and am pleased with what i have done.

my new year resolutions and my day

Hi people

Ok I've started my new years resolusions
1. I want and am going to loses 100lb this year.
2. I want to do a vlog  on you tube./ Done a vlog on youtube
3. I want to right on my blog everyday. so far so good
4. I am going to do a little exercise everyday. so far so good
5. keep track on myfitnessplan
6. I would really like to do a craft sale
7. I am going to craft everyday and get my boys to join in.
I could write loads down but i think these 7 are the best one


So for on my crafting I have  been working on a cup/can cosie  as I have arthritis in my Joints my hand hurt if I hold anything that is to cold or hot for to long.
The 3 week  I burnt my leg because i lost my grip on a hot cup of coffee one of the members of staff laughed at me and I really bent his ear for laughing and not  helping me and did he realize how much trouble he would get in if i complained a left the place in the foulest of mood with a fresh coffee. about ten minutes later i charmed down and i went back in and found the manager shouting at him i went over and explained that it was my fault and he didn't deserve to be in trouble as it everybody's first instinct to laugh when someone drops something. the manager said if I was sure and I said I was and he said in future ask if all OK the walk away and laugh then walked away I told the man I was really sorry and he said thank you he was going to fire me.  I'm so glad we went back. last week and the week before he has brought me a coffee told him he does'nt need to but he said my wife and I think we do so see you next week how sweet it that. ;)
So I;m going to make cup cosie to keep in my hand bag.
I am also going to make more doggie coats as I enjoyed doing them thought if i do them in the small sizes if I manage to do a craft fair this year I might be able to sell them. But got to check the copy right of the pattern first. IF I can't  use it I'm going to see if i can make my own pattern that would be another first.

Any way diet

Well I've had a bad day health wise as my asthma has been bad. But I have still managed to walk about 4550 steps probably i took my pedomitor off as I had a lay down and forgot to put it back on so if you add the school run it about 6000so that good.

Food wise I skipped breakfast as I was up late but had an apple.
Then when I got home I had fat free natural yogurt with mixed frozen fruit it was yummy
frozen mixed berries and fat free yogurt 








Then for lunch I had a ham roll with laughing cow light and ham and a little pickle with a little salad
Then for dinner My OH made what I call a chicken throw together which is chicken chopped into chunk veggies of choose we had leftovers from Sunday dinner and stock cube and herbs all cooked slowly together on a bed of rice now on slimming world on extra easy this is free so if wanted you could eat loads I didn't which makes a change so all in all a good day. I forgot to take my food picture promise tomorrow.

But through out the day I have wanted salt and I don't no why. This morning I gave my 6yr old TJ some cheeselets and had a couple and they were so yummy when I got home i weighed out 30g and ate them now there all gone but my craving for salt has to but that's like loads of syns and calories it like a 1000 calories for the whole tub. But I was talking to my friend and she said it wont matter as I'm not well and told me to stand on the scales to check so with her to my ear I did and she was right but I'm not doing that again I was so up set with my self

latest crochet items


Hi people 
I've been crocheting A lot lately so far I've made 

two hat


A Doggie coat for a Yorkie

and this scarf which was finger crocheted 

When I showed my mum she said it was finger knitted. but the stitches are the same as crochet so you learn something everyday. 

the Doggie coat took me a week to make and I'm really pleased with how it can out I got the pattern of ravely  it was designed by Bernat Design Studio.
I added a heart to the back and a white trims round the edge i also didn't sew the button up as Mum and I decided it would make it easier it get and gypsy as she old and tiny . i'm pleased with it for my first attempt.

I also made two hats on my knitting loon
  













this is the first on i made i finished it to early but it fits my dog nicely not that she was to happy lol





Then I  made this pink one which is made of really soft wool. It fits my friends little girl who is 4month perfectly it looks like a slouchy

I had nectarines banana blueberries and strawberry and a yummy Muller light. 




For Lunch I had salad and laughing cow light on 4 krisps breads again it was nice. 










Also had the fruit and a orange
This is my Dinner its called Three color carbonara it a slimming world dish and it free on a extra easy day
If i'm truthful I've not been hungry why that is I don't no But in some ways it is good
